Shipping Policy
ESTIMATED TIME TO SHIP:
- Your product will be ready to be shipped within 3-5 business days.
COURIER COMPANY:
- Your product will be shipped with Pargo couriers – they ship to 1000s of pick up points within South Africa. You will be emailed a tracking number for your parcel. Pargo pickup points keep your parcel for 8 days after arrival, after which they will be returned to us and you will need to re-book delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each item goes through strict quality control and will only be packaged and shipped once we are 100% happy with it. Refunds are handled on a case-to-case basis, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us on seashore.resin@gmail.com to request a refund. The refund request must come within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We are happy to refund the cost of the item. Return and initial shipping costs remain the buyer’s own cost.
