This heart remembrance necklace is made using flowers & gold leaf on the front and the ashes of your loved one on the back (against your heart), set in high quality resin. The necklace is created in close collaboration with the loved one of the person who has passed to create something truly unique and special - serving as a physical honouring and remembrance of your loved one.
